THE FABS FITNESS FIX APPROACH

Hi, I’m Fab. I am a husband and father of two beautiful children; And I have a serious passion about health and nutrition.

I have tried every fad diet, I’ve tried spending countless hours in the gym, and so much time reading and studying about health and wellness. This passion has  transformed my life in a way that I feel compelled to speak about my learnings and share that with whomever is also interested in making a positive change in their lives. Through my research and experimentation, I realize so many diets have contradicting advice. I was looking for that “in between”; that sweet spot. Something that was easy enough to incorporate into my everyday life, not require countless hours in a gym, and still deliver the results I was after. Again, the sweet spot.

I have finally found it and I am eager to pass on this knowledge and advice to the world. This guide will help you “reset” your body’s ability to burn fat. It is sustainable, easy to follow, and something that you can continue even after the 21 days is over. It does not require you to do heavy workouts, but will provide you more energy and essentially more time to spend doing other things you enjoy and love.

The Full Story

I served in the Canadian Military and that was the pinnacle of my life; a turning point for me. Before that, I had no direction, no motivation, and most of all no idea what hard work really meant. For those who do not know me, I had the honour to serve my country. But what does that really mean? It meant early mornings, late nights, exhausting training activities, discipline, and the will to go on. I learned respect for others but most of all respect for myself.

There were so many days I wanted to give up; to throw in the towel. I thought I wasn’t cut out for the army. I missed my family and friends. But I knew this was something I wanted to accomplish. Many people did not understand why I joined and discouraged me. Some thought I’d never make it and sometimes I didn't even think I’d make it through basic training. I needed to remind myself everyday why I made that choice. I used the negativity from others as FUEL. 


Doing this was my life, it meant giving up part of my youth so that I was ready to fight for freedom. But how does this relate to where I am today? Through my experience in the military, I was in the best shape of my life; I was disciplined. Once I left the military my lifestyle inevitably changed, so to get back to that state was something I strived to do every single day. I experimented every single diet. I worked out hard 7 days a week.


Becoming a husband and father taught me one thing, time is not on my side. But all of us have the same 24 hours so I was determined to find a solution that fit into my lifestyle while still giving me the results I wanted. Balance is so important. That is when I figured out a way to make eating healthy and nutritious easy, sustainable, and still give me the time I wanted to dedicate to my family and friends. Let’s go on this journey together.
